This document summarises the negotiated changes to the CIJC Working Rule Agreement for 2021/22. It includes the Basic Rates of Pay, Apprentice Rates, Daily Fare and Travel Allowances, Subsistence Allowance and Sick Pay.
For your information, negotiations concluded on the 2nd June 2021 and the trade unions formally confirmed their acceptance of the proposed changes on the 4th June 2021.
In 2022/23 we anticipate that negotiations will commence in mid- April with a view to confirming the outcome by the end of May 2022. Any new terms resulting from this process will come into effect on the 27th June 2022.
